In 2015, Dan Millard founded eserv, using his engineering background and passion for innovation to develop an industry-first software to create 3D digital replicas of onshore and offshore process plants.
In 2022, Dan was awarded the Young Professional Award by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE)
In the same year, Dan led an investment transaction with Vespa Capital LLP, to supercharge eserv’s international growth plan.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and technical accounting knowledge to our leadership team. His well-rounded background in finance, operations, and commercial, combined with his passion for achieving excellence, makes him an invaluable asset.
Known for his personable and outgoing nature, Mark builds strong relationships with both senior stakeholders and junior team members. His collaborative approach and down-to-earth style foster a shared commitment to success across the organisation.

A seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in developing and commercialising innovative software solutions, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With a strong background in software development and data science, he is responsible for advancing our AS-TEG™ software to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address the real-world challenges faced by our customers in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.

James is a proven global sales leader, bringing a wealth of experience to eserv, having successfully led teams and delivered commercial growth across both US and international energy markets. James also serves as President of BAFTX, a Texas based charitable organization, and sits on the board of the British American Bus. Council (BABC) Texas - reflecting his deep commitment to building meaningful connections across industries and communities.
James’ focus on cultivating long-term, trusted relationships with both independent and supermajor energy operators, combined with his ability to build high-performing sales and customer success functions, makes him an exceptional addition to the eserv leadership team.
As eserv continues to grow in the US, James will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships and driving strategic growth.

Khidhr joined our investment partner, Vespa Capital in 2017. Khidhr has responsibility for all aspects of the investment cycle from origination to divestment. He was involved in the acquisitions of SelectScience, BioPhorum, Lumi, Origo and Eserv and sits on the Boards of Eserv, Origo and SelectScience.
Prior to joining Vespa Capital, Khidhr spent three years in Bridges Ventures investment team where he focused on making equity investments of £5m to £15m in businesses across several sectors.
Khidhr spent the first five years of his career at Deloitte where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently worked in the Corporate Finance team. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Economics from University College London.

Luke joined our investment partner, Vespa Capital in 2022 as part of the investment team and works across all aspects of the business from origination, deal execution and the management of portfolio companies. Luke sits on the Boards of eserv and Right Legal Group, where he was involved in the initial investments. He also sits on the Board of Lumi.
Previously, Luke spent three years at Sunridge Partners, a food and agriculture focused private equity firm where he played a key role in the acquisition, divestment and management of numerous portfolio companies. Prior to that, Luke spent three years working for the Investment Banking division at HSBC predominantly in the Infrastructure and Real Estate M&A team.
Luke holds a BSc in Economics with first class honours from the University of Exeter.

A chartered engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ali has experience at board/executive level spanning the breadth of the international upstream oil & gas industry. Ali has extensive experience of growing and developing businesses internationally and played a key role in the creation of PSN, a major global engineering service contractor, which was acquired by one of their main competitors, Wood Group.

Jamie is an entrepreneur with a distinguished track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting tech-driven businesses contributing to the advancement of disruptive technologies across the energy industry and beyond.
At just 23 years old, Jamie founded Atlas Interactive, an EdTech company that grew into a global leader across 50 countries, serving many of the world's largest corporations. Following the successful sale of Atlas in 2007, he established Enerco Group, a company dedicated to creating and scaling entrepreneurial ventures while investing in and supporting early-stage companies. Through Enerco, Jamie built tech firms Mintra and OPEX Group, both of which achieved high value exits in 2014 and 2021, with all employees sharing in the success.
Jamie has supported Eserv as an investor, advisor and mentor since 2018.
