The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications while contributing to the innovation and continuous improvement of eserv's technology portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to software optimisation.
• Create and execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Participate in agile planning, estimation, and delivery processes.
• Technical, engineering, customer support, or account coordination experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
