The Digital Assets Resource will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of digital asset information and data within eserv's digital twin environment. Working alongside engineering, software, and customer-facing teams, the role will help ensure customers receive accurate and valuable asset information.
• Support the development and maintenance of digital asset data.
• Verify and maintain the quality and accuracy of asset information.
• Assist with digital twin and asset information management projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and customer success teams.
• Support data validation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the delivery of customer-focused digital asset solutions.
• Experience working with engineering, asset information, technical documentation, or data management.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital transformation and industrial technologies.
