New HR Manager Appointed

eserv is thrilled to welcome Rachael Ayres, Chartered MCIPD as our new HR Manager!

Rachael brings a wealth of experience from her background in management consulting, having evolved into senior-level HR positions. This role is both strategic and operational, and Rachael is perfectly suited to span both aspects.

From a strategic perspective, Rachael will oversee the organisational and people development of eserv, focusing on future skills and capabilities. On an operational level, she will formally establish and lead our HR department.
