Meet the Team: Michael Gow - Senior Software Developer

MeetMichael Gow, one of our Senior Software Developers.

Michael grew up in a quiet village in Angus, studied Computer Science atRobert Gordon University, and joined eserv as a Software Developer in 2023. Since then, he’s been making a big impact behind the scenes.

His role? Supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving AS-TEG - eserv’s flagship digital twin platform - by writing clean, efficient, and future-proof code. Recently, he led the platform’s major migration to AWS, ensuring smoother scalability and improved performance (without users even noticing a hiccup).

🎯 Fun fact: Michael once shouted directions at our CEO while blindfolded… in an off-road driving experience. All part of a team bonding day at Lochter.

💍 Even better fun fact: He proposed to his wife live on Heart Radio using a pre-recorded segment. She thought it was AI… but she still said yes.
