Dan Millard is a business entrepreneur from Scotland.

In 2015, Dan Millard founded eserv, using his engineering background and passion for innovation to develop an industry-first software to create 3D digital replicas of onshore and offshore process plants. The software, now known as ‘AS-TEG’ consolidates various field data sources which, when combined, provide a highly accurate, multi-layered 3D digital twin, serving the critical energy infrastructure market

In 2022, Dan was awarded the Young Professional Award by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), recognising his professional capability and the wider contribution made to the energy industry (including oil and gas or renewables) by a person aged 35 or under.

In the same year, Dan led a significant investment transaction with a London-based private equity firm, Vespa Capital LLP, to supercharge eserv’s international growth plan. This investment will also further support staff and technology development.

Dan is currently the CEO of eserv.

Over 25 years working in the oil, gas & energy sector, progressing from a field engineer offshore to onshore lead engineer for various major tier 1 contractors.

Kevin’s hands-on field experience enables us to get right under the skin of our customer's challenges and provides industry know-how to bridge the gap between new advanced digital twin technology and how this can be applied into practical operational workflows.

A seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in developing and commercialising innovative software solutions, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With a strong background in software development and data science, he is responsible for advancing our AS-TEG™ software to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address the real-world challenges faced by our customers in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
